NVC Engineering & Contracting is a Sudanese general contractor with twenty-four documented contracts, four independently certified completions, and a project live on site in Khartoum today.
Most contractor profiles in Sudan today are quiet about the last three years. We would rather state ours plainly, because a client can verify it. Site operations stopped in April 2023. The legal entity, the tax file, the engineering staff and the plant were kept intact throughout, and in 2026 we returned to work.
Core contracting is what the company was built on. Reconstruction and rehabilitation is what Sudan needs now, and we extended into it deliberately rather than by relabelling old work.

A contractor's programme is only as reliable as the resources behind it. Ours are owned, inventoried and on the ground in Khartoum.
A complete formwork, scaffolding and site-plant fleet, inventoried after the suspension with no missing items. Owning it shortens mobilisation and removes the hire market from the critical path.
A company-owned compressed-brick factory. In a market where supply is the binding constraint, producing a core material in-house protects the programme from the shortages that stall other contractors.
Fourteen permanent staff: civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical engineers, a site supervisor, a stores and procurement manager and a dedicated HSE officer who reports to General Management and can stop unsafe work.
Three of our completion certificates are shown below, issued by a project consultant, a public authority and a project owner. Originals are available for inspection, and certificates for further projects are provided on request.
